Proud Peacock Program

Service Description

The Proud Peacock program offers primary-aged children 7-11 yrs an opportunity to learn more about who they truly are, gain confidence, learn strategies to encourage a healthy mind, body and how to create positive change. The program is designed with age appropriate sessions supporting the child in learning about themselves, others and how to listen to their inner voice. The Proud Peacock program is fun, inspiring, and is an opportunity to plant some important seeds that encourage healthy mental health and overall wellness. Teaching the children about love and values, kindness, trust, gratitude, self-esteem and stillness. During the program we interact with play, movement, discussion, creativity and stillness. We teach life skills in a supportive caring environment where everyone is included. We respect that we are all different and like to feel like we belong. During the Proud Peacock program your child will be guided, supported and cared for. It is a wonderful course to do in a group where everyone helps and supports each other. For the first time since facilitating these programs I am offering a session for the parents/carers. I believe it is very important that we learn how to support ourselves and others. What the children learn in these programs will benefit the whole family and community. Therefore I am including in the cost of the program a three hour session for the adults. We will cover the content of the program, tips and tools and allow time for questions and answers. Ongoing support will also be available after the program including a half an hour one-on- one session with Rachel. Cancellation Policy

In the case of needing to cancel your booking, event or workshop please advice 24hrs prior. If you have already paid for the service there is a no refund policy, however credit maybe available depending on reason for cancelation. If you have not yet paid you will be invoiced a 50% charge for the service.
