Building Self-Esteem Workshop 7-12y

Service Description

During our time together we discuss the importance of self-esteem, how to build self-esteem and discover new tools and ways to feel good. On the day we will engage in the following; - Understanding what self esteem is - How to develop & build self esteem - How to listen to your inner voice - Learning about mindfulness - Why being kind is so important Activities - Story time - Making affirmation cards - Interacting with games & fun activities - Mindfulness/Meditation - Tai Chi/Qigong Learning about ourselves through life skills and mindfulness is more than important it is essential. It is fast becoming part of our day to day living and is proving to be extremely beneficial to our kids mental health and wellness. We all deserve to know how to be our best :)

Cancellation Policy

In the case of needing to cancel your booking, event or workshop please advice 24hrs prior. If you have already paid for the service there is a no refund policy, however credit maybe available depending on reason for cancelation. If you have not yet paid you will be invoiced a 50% charge for the service.
