LET'S CHILL ONLINE PROGRAM
NOW IS A GREAT TIME TO LEARN, IMPLEMENT AND GROW
All children need to learn life skills to flourish, develop and grow into well balanced, healthy adults. Pre teens and teenage years are very challenging, kids need all the tools and strategies available to be the best version of themselves. To survive the teenage years with confidence, being well adjusted and knowing their strengths. Understanding key areas such as; self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and social management, managing emotions and values is very important to our youth.
THE LET'S CHILL PROGRAM is conducted over 7 weeks with different topics and practices each week. However it can be done in 2 full days if preferred. Offering pre-teens and teenagers an opportunity to learn more about themselves, gain confidence and learn how to have a healthy mind, feel great and create positive change.
The content is informative, provides guidance and strategies on; what are values, how to understand emotions, how to make excellent choices, learning how to quieten the mind, trust the inner voice, relax and chill out. These are skills together with awareness and practice they become new positive behaviours.
